My Story

My name is Lianna Goudeau, licensed TX Realtor®. I am also a Notary Public and have been active with volunteer work in the Galveston County / Houston residential area for many years. This has given me an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. I am so excited to be turning my community focus toward real estate as a Licensed Texas REALTOR®. With a passion for community service and helping others, I am more than happy and eager to help with your home buying and/or selling needs.

When I am not making home ownership dreams come true for my clients, I enjoy spending time relaxing with my family, indulging in a little self care, reading a book or finding new recipes to try out in the kitchen!
